The European Union has recently adopted the Digital Services Act, a regulation aimed at creating a safer digital space where the fundamental rights of users are protected and establishing a level playing field for businesses.

While the objective of the legislation is commendable, the approach adopted by the Digital Services Act is not without flaws. During the workshop, participants will address some open questions emerging from the act.
