Five years have passed since the CJEU judgment in the Melloni case. Has this case contributed to change the approach towards the primacy of European Union law? Has it been a step forward to launch a constitutional dialogue between the CJEU and the Constitutional Courts? The lecture will investigate the impact of the judgment at the national level as well as the challenging dimension of the judicial dialogue.
