Facilex streamlines EU judicial cooperation in criminal matters! 

How?

By leveraging all the potential of a multifunctional platform that provides a free of charge legal database and a tailored advisory legal assessment of cooperation flaws and available remedies.

Facilex strenghtens the implementation of three mutual recognition instruments – European Arrest Warrant, European Investigation Order as well as freezing and confiscation orders (Regulation (EU) 2018/1805) – in 9 EU member States (Bulgaria, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain).
